This special award honours the memory of Gemma Petrie, a cherished member of the EDGE team who sadly passed away in June 2018. It’s a lasting reminder that our people are our greatest asset, and that when we invest in their development, nurture their ambitions and create a culture where everyone can thrive, we all grow together.
Strengthening our leadership
That same commitment to growth runs right through to our leadership team. We’re delighted that Adam Maclure and Unjulee Karadia have joined our Management Board, a significant step that reflects the impact they’ve made and the leadership they’ll bring as we shape EDGE’s next chapter.
