This project involved the side extension of an existing trading store. It was vital that the store remained open and operational for the majority of the programme, with a shut-down required for only the final 4 weeks of the build.
Buildings adjacent to the existing store were demolished to facilitate the extension and the Aldi car park was reconfigured and re-laid within the programme.
The existing roof was replaced, M&E completely over-hauled and a full height shopfront installed to give the store a facelift.
