The project involved the internal fitting out of an existing shell retail unit at Fort Kinnaird Retail Park, Edinburgh, comprising Sales Area, Goods In, Warehouse and Staff Amenity block.
Works included a new mezzanine floor and lift installation, with fit out of the existing Wilko specification, including Mechanical and Electrical works as the Contractor Designed Portion.
