EDGE Drives Success in London’s Industrial Scene

EDGE is thrilled to announce the completion of the Steel Works project at Culvert Court, Southwest London.

This state-of-the-art industrial space, located in the heart of Battersea, offers three Grade A Industrial Units totalling 31,512 sq ft. Designed to cater to a wide range of occupiers, these units provide multi-level logistics space across ground, first, and second floors for Class B8, with the option for ancillary office space.

EDGE provided project management and employers agent services through the design, procurement and construction phases of these purpose-built units. The project, which began in November 2023 and was completed in April 2025, shows our commitment to delivering best-in-class industrial spaces.
