EDGE was commissioned to deliver the conversion and refurbishment of Kendall House, Sheffield a former office on behalf of Study Group. Study Group work with education institutions to work with and prepare international students ready for University.
The programme was extremely fast turnaround, from brief to completion in 4 months working closely with a known local supply chain to fast-track the project to completion.
The scope of works was to provide an additional satellite site to its main Sheffield base, providing 13 additional flexible teaching spaces, two social learning spaces and staff prep area. The conversion also involved upgrading the existing fire strategy, IT equipment and M&E services to provide a modern learning facility.
